PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION!! Large room for rent near Buena High School.
The room is separate from the house across from the courtyard, so you will have plenty of privacy.
It is a five bedroom two bath house.
Two of us live out of the country and are only here a few weeks out of the year.
You would share a newly remodeled bathroom with one other person except for when I/we come back to the US for a couple of weeks at a time.
We all range in ages from 47 to 62 so we are a quite calm group of roommates.
You would have your own fridge (added pics) just for yourself and full access to all of the common areas.
We are a very clean bunch and expect our new roommate to clean up after themselves too.
There is also some space in the living room if you would like to put in a couch or whatever you like to make it more comfortable for yourself (I added pics).
Must be LGBTQ accepting!!! The room is very large so I will have to post pictures in sections.

The room will be empty and clean by December 14th.
I will only be in the country for another week so I hope to meet you and interview you very soon.
