I’m hoping to rent the place to someone who is mature, respectful, cleans up after themselves and has a full time job.
No kids.
We like our quiet time so no parties or inviting random people to the house.
We live close to the Naval Base.
Located on the 2nd floor and bathroom is shared with 1 person.
Street Parking.
Washer/Dryer on Site.
No pets, we already have 1 cat and dog so please don’t be allergic.
