Available February 1st! Room for rent (Month to Month) in Riverpark Condo, Looking for working responsible professional, Please no smokers couples or pets.
We do not smoke, do any kind of drugs or drink and have no drama looking for someone similar to share our home with =) A little about us we travel for work and often leave out of town for fun so you will have house to yourself alot.

with that said we are very particular with who we rent to.
Alot of past roomates have become good friends of ours we are fine with short term rentals , and have multiple traveling nurses.
About the room its about 11' x 11' with closet and connected to jack and jill bathroom, this will primarily be your private bathroom but in very rare cases if we have a guest we might ask you to share for a night.
The guest bedroom you may utilize for guests we just ask you are considerate and don't have guests over all the time.
Wifi and all utilities are included in rent and we have basic cable downstairs in living room.
We have street parking which is first come first serve which is usually pretty open but every once in a while it can get congested.
we are less than a block from the collection.
