I have a detached office on property available for occasional use.
Connections: Optimal fast wi-fi.
Substances: 420 recreational friendly outside house.
No-smoking tobacco in or anywhere near the house.
No crazy drugs or heavy drinking.
Friends: Ok for friends to stay over for up to 2 nights.
Pets: I have two friendly dogs-a Golden Retriever and old dachshund mutt.
Your house-trained dog is welcome.
NO bully breeds.

You will need to clean up after your dog.
I work from home, so if your dog will be home when you are not, we can barter or negotiate compensation for regular dog care.
Your dog would need to meet mine to ensure they'd get along.
Your dog must be up to date on shots and take monthly flea medicine.
You won’t be able to bring a cat (allergies, sorry!).

House is completely furnished and decorated.
The room is furnished, but I can take the furniture out if you have your own.
