It's close to the pier and marina, as well as to restaurants, groceries, church, banks, Malibu Beach, PCH and Santa Barbara.
The house is clean, neat, organized and beautiful.
I'm looking for a neat, clean, organize, respectful, responsible roommate with good credit, good background, stable job and with good attitude, able to get along with others.
No pets, no drugs, no smoking, and no alcohol allowed.
No overnight stay of family nor friends.
I have two indoor cats, one that stays at my bedroom all the time and a dog.
If you are allergic or don't like pets, this is not a place for you to stay.
