$1,100 Downtown Ventura Room & Private Bath (Ventura)

My partner and I are renting an unfurnished room with private bathroom in our home in downtown Ventura.
$1100 per month plus part of utilities and $1100 security deposit.
Single family home with laundry on site.
Street parking only and no additional storage with the exception of room for your things in the kitchen.
No couples or kids please and employment must not be working from home.
Dogs considered on a case by case basis but we have a dog and three indoor cats.
