We are looking for a roommate (no couples and no kids) to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with.
*You will have your own large, private, unfurnished bedroom and large bathroom.
Everything will be cleared out of the room for 1/1/2024.
*Common areas are kitchen and living room.
*We have a refrigerator for you to share as well.
*Washer and dryer in the unit.
*There is street parking for your car.
*We are on the West side of Ventura.
One mile from downtown and one mile from the beach.
*There is a pool and jacuzzi onsite.
*I cook all the time and love to share my food.
*No pets allowed.
No smoking and no overnight guests.
A rental application will need to be completed and approved by management.
You need to work full time (no working from home.
