Bathroom has a full shower/tub and has newer paint and high end hardware.

The townhouse is very large and modern, with two stories.
It has marble countertops in the spacious, sunny kitchen, with lots of light and amenities on an attractive property.
The rent includes ALL utilities, including high speed WiFi Internet and Dish satellite TV, washer/dryer in the unit, and comes with an available parking space.
There is a small amount of storage space available in the closed attached garage.
Our home is a clean, peaceful, family/academically focused environment.
We are looking for someone who is either a working professional, or a student—but above all, like us—is considerate, respectful and collaborative.
The home is shared with one male and one female.
Light drinking is fine, but no partying or ANY illegal activity—period.
No pets or smoking allowed.
