There is also a security deposit of $1,000 due at move in, that is returned within 7 day of moving out minus damages to the room.
This is not a short term rental, looking for a minimum of 6 months, preferably long term.
The rest of the house besides the 2 other rooms is shared space and comes completely furnished.
Shared spaces include 1 bathroom, living room, dining rooms, kitchen, backyard, and 2 car garage.
There is limited storage space available in the hallway linen closet and garage.
There is central heating, but no a/c.
The house is on a corner lot.
A parking spot is usually available in front of the house.
There is ample parking in the neighborhood, with a park directly across the street.
It is a small and quiet area.
As far as housemates, there is myself, a 34 year old male, and a 31 year old female, co inhabiting the primary room.
There are also 2 cats.
