Large California Marina in Ventura Harbor is seeking an onsite Marina Manager.
The ideal candidate will have previous marina management experience, including all phases of the business operations, including slip rentals, building leasing experience, business planning, budgeting, marketing, property repair and maintenance supervision, high-level customer service, bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll, rules and regulations enforcements and knowledge of environmental compliance issues associated with the coastal zone.
Prior experience managing budgets of $4,000,000 annually.
Redevelopment experience is a plus.
Salary & Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
