A Motorclothes Sales position at Ventura Harley-Davidson is an exciting, fast paced retail position in a premier Harley-Davidson dealership.
As a Motorclothes Sales associate, you will be responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service, helping customers find the perfect helmet, boots, gear, or other clothing, and acting as a customer service representative while helping customers in person and over the phone.
This position is perfect for an outgoing applicant who is dedicated to providing great customer service, and enjoys working in a busy retail environment.
*Responsibilities and Duties*
* Greet customers and assist with direction, or finding merchandise.
* Answer customer’s questions about General Merchandise products in the store.
* Actively work to sell product to customers, and make recommendations for additional products.
* Follow the store’s process to complete transactions, collect funds (Cash, Card, and Giftcard), count cash at the end of each shift, and verify each transaction is completed accurately.
* Contribute to a positive work environment.
* Excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
*Qualifications*
* Technological literacy (basic computer functions, phones, etc.
)
* Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
* Previous Retail or other Sales experience Preferred.
