The retail Sales Representative is responsible for promoting the store sales through effective sales techniques and good customer service by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

* Retail Sales Associates are responsible for their own sales and will carry their own Individual sales quota per month.
* Provide quality customer service including assistance with purchases and providing product information.
* Ask qualifying questions to uncover customers’ needs and provide relevant solutions.
* Follow opening and closing procedures.
* Prepare and complete any bank deposits for the day
* Reconcile cash drawers accurately at the end of each shift
* Build and maintain an understanding of the store's products and price information to assist with customer purchases.
* Receive customer payments, operate cash registers and credit card machines, and return appropriate change as needed.
* Receive and examine deliveries for discrepancies or damages and resolve problems expeditiously.
* Stock inventory and price according to guidelines set forth by management and rotate stock within the store.
* Minimize customer complaints through effective customer service.
* Maintain a neat and orderly store and ensure the store planogram is carrier compliant.
* Prepare product displays as requested.
* Report any theft or suspected theft by customers/employees to management immediately.
* Company policies and procedures are expected to be followed.
* Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
