As we continue to grow our online department, we are seeking a motivated Internet Sales Representative to join us.
Position Overview:
As an Internet Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
· Driving internet sales, assisting online customers and driving traffic to our showroom.
· Engage with potential customers via email, chat, text and phone.
· Respond to customer’s inquiries promptly and provide recommendations.
Qualifications:
· Proven sales experience, with a preference for automotive sales.
· Internet sales experience is a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities.
· Basic knowledge of the automotive industry.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
