Jo*Job description* *Job Summary:* We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Manufacturer's Rep in the Pet - Industry Sales Administrative Support.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our manufacturing representatives in the industry sales department.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities, managing documentation, coordinating communication, and providing exceptional customer service.

* *Responsibilities:* 1.
Administrative Support: Assist manufacturer's representatives in daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
2.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, contracts, and customer information in the company's (SharePoint) Library 3.
Order Processing: Coordinate order fulfillment process, including order entry, tracking, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
4.
Customer Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
5.
Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments to promote collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.
6.
Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
7.
Tradeshows and Open Houses: Coordinate and manage all facets of Tradeshows/Open Houses 8.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes, develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to enhance productivity.
