*Basic Function*
Hanson Lab Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join its team.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing marketing campaigns to drive leads.
The position calls for a strategic brand marketer who is hands-on and can independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Formulate and execute the overall marketing strategy to achieve company objectives.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
* Develop and manage marketing campaigns that drive web traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition including SEO, paid search, email, social media, publicity, and trade advertising.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
* Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
* Work closely with the Sales Team to develop sales enablement tools and resources that support the sales process.
* Manage the company's brand across all channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
* Manage the company's digital media channels and develop strategies to increase engagement and followership.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to create marketing collateral and product content.
* Provide analytical insights and track key performance metric to help drive marketing strategies and tactics.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance marketing initiatives.
* Oversees web changes and manage the web programmer.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
* Proven track record of managing successful and innovative marketing campaigns.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
* Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
* Highly creative with a passion for marketing and customer engagement.
* MS Office and CRM programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.
00 - $120,000.
