The Spa Front Desk is involved in all aspects of the spa operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the client first impression, greet clients with a smile, confirm appointment and offer amenities, answer the phone properly using good telephone etiquette, understand spa computer systems such as booking systems and general computer applications, schedule and reschedule appointments, detect errors on the appointment book before they can cause problems in the spa, effective conflict resolution skills, learn all spa treatments and be able to answer client questions, understand appropriate booking order and contraindications, understand spa policies and effectively enforce the policies, responsible for check-in and check-out of all client payments and gratuities, maintain a clean working environment in all areas, opening and closing the facility each day according to standard operating procedures, restock and maintain all areas with necessary supplies, including laundry, follow cash handling procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous spa experience, or similar field, high level of organizational skills, effective in establishing and maintaining a positive team environment, detail oriented, able to maintain cleanliness throughout the spa, can follow direction well.
