*Main Duties:*
* Review patients' dental and overall health history
* Understand patients' personal oral health needs and goals
* Provide a fully comprehensive diagnosis of dental and periodontal pre-existing conditions, oral pathologies, and restorations
* Design persuasive and organized treatment plans
* Strong Closer: Gain treatment plan acceptance through thoughtful, compelling, and benevolent communication.
* Audit/oversee the quality of dental care delivered by our treating multi-specialty teams
* Collaborate with treating dental teams to reach consensus on optimal diagnosis and treatment plans
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* 5+ Years of Clinical Experience
* Active California Dental License
* Active DEA
* Active Malpractice Liability Insurance
