```Duties```
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials and techniques
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Remove old roofing materials and properly dispose of them
- Install insulation and vapor barriers to ensure energy efficiency
- Seal roof penetrations such as vents, chimneys, and skylights to prevent leaks
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
```Experience```
- 5 years of previous experience as a roofer or in a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of Tiles, Shingles, and Antorch
- Experince with wood repair
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Instalar, reparar y mantener techos utilizando una variedad de materiales y técnicas.
- Inspeccionar los techos en busca de daños y determinar el mejor curso de acción para reparaciones o reemplazos.
- Medir y cortar materiales para techos para que se ajusten a dimensiones específicas.
- Retirar los materiales viejos del techo y desécharlos adecuadamente.
- Instalar aislamientos y barreras de vapor para garantizar la eficiencia energética.
- Sellar las penetraciones del techo, como respiraderos, chimeneas y tragaluces, para evitar fugas.
- Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para completar proyectos a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
```Experiencia```
- Se prefiere 5 años de experiencia previa como techador o en un campo relacionado.
- Conocimiento de tejas, shingles y antorchas.
- Experiencia en reparación de madera.
- Capacidad para utilizar herramientas manuales, eléctricas y equipos de forma segura y eficaz.
- Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas y atención al detalle.
