is seeking a skilled and reliable Service Plumbing Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in plumbing systems, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Service Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for accurately diagnosing plumbing issues, providing effective solutions to customers, and ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with company standards.
*Essential Functions:*
* Accurately and effectively provide and communicate all possible plumbing solutions to Lloyd’s Plumbing, Inc.
customers.
* Possess technical knowledge that demonstrates an understanding of all possible plumbing problems and how to solve them.
* Ability to fit the proper solution to the plumbing problem they are working on and eliminate all guesswork.
* Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
* Pricing must be responsible, accurate, and based on Lloyd’s Plumbing, Inc.
price book.
* Build trust with customers and take an honest approach to customer interactions.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough assessments of plumbing systems to identify issues and determine the best course of action.
* Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance on various plumbing fixtures and systems.
* Communicate effectively with customers to explain recommended solutions and answer any questions or concerns.
* Provide accurate estimates for services and ensure pricing is in line with company standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
* Document all work performed, including parts used and services rendered, in accordance with company procedures.
