Job Requirements: • Receive and maintain aluminum stock.
• Perform set-ups of saw and saw equipment according to procedure.
• Replace saw blade as needed.
• Assist in loading and unloading stock from saw table.
• Operate the cut-off saw.
• Run production, assuring all requirements for length and quantity are met as per job travelers and procedures.
• Maintain the stock supply room.
• Participate in total quality management projects to achieve continuous improvement.
• Participate in LEAN manufacturing and SPC activities as required.
• Operate a forklift.
• Communicate with supervisor and coworkers.
• Understand written and verbal instructions.
• Maintain focus on scheduled tasks throughout the shift.
• Demonstrate proficiency with basic mathematics.
• Use and read measuring devices for dimensional check of components/flash.
• Work with little or no supervision throughout shift.
• Ensure adherence to APP’s policies and procedures, including our code of conduct and ethics policy, product safety, employee safety and cultural beliefs.
• Ensure adherence to all process specifications.
• Support the Plant quality system goals / improvements & productivity goals / improvements within the scope of the job.
Skill Requirements: • Must be certified as a forklift operator.
• Previous shop experience is preferred.
• On-the-job training is provided for this job.
• In compliance with ITAR regulations, must be a US Citizen or US Person (U.

Compensation: $18.
