F&SCM Senior Consultant (Bi-lingual English/French) - Warehouse
The Role:
Calling all French speaking tech-savvy, problem-solving aficionados! As a Sr.
F&SCM Consultant, you're the magic behind an organization's digital transformation.
You're here to support customers in designing and implementing the heart of their business.
In this role, you’ll bring a wealth of experience across key operational domains, including Warehousing, Manufacturing and Distribution, Shipping, Purchasing, and Sales Order Processing.
Do you have experience expertly guiding and successfully executing implementations, covering the entire spectrum from initial Analysis to steadfast Operational Support? If so, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Facilitate and attend client meetings.
Conduct necessary research to establish ideal solutions for client's business.
Offer strategic and practical solutions to client problems.
Present findings to client in concise and clear manner Identify opportunities for improved processes.
Design, configure & customize solutions from business requirements and match processes to application requirements.
Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM to make sure the system works the way your client needs it to.
Create or evaluate a breakdown of your client’s business processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with the technical team to make sure that clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions.
Run workshops with clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping.
Documents settings and prepare your clients to use the system.
Support testing the proposed system and train users.
Serve as a subject matter expert on warehouse and operations functionalities within the F&SCM module of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Establish global ERP architecture by integrating ERP solutions across functional lines.
Support the sales team in deal shaping.
Increases organization effectiveness by identifying opportunities to leverage solutions to other engagements.
Accountable for the feasibility and overall estimates.
Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Mentor team members and help improve their capabilities.
Who you are: An experienced consultant with 5+ years of experience.
Looking for a French speaking Senior Consultant with warehousing experience.
This role may include some travel (averaging about ~25%).
Whether you've been an end-user or part of the delivery squad, your knowledge of Manufacturing, and Warehousing needs to be top notch.
Gathering requirements, crafting the perfect configuration, testing, training, documentation, and troubleshooting? It's all in a day's work for you.

You love to share the solution with customers, presenting them with confidence and navigating difficult conversations when client desires and ideal systems aren’t aligned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
5 years or more experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O (3 years minimally of F&O) Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Substantial AX/D365 F&O within the areas of: Trade & Logistics, Production and Warehouse Management.
Dynamics AX/D365 F&O T&L, WMS and Production certifications recommended.
Experience interfacing with end-users and gathering business requirements.
Required to demonstrate credibility with the client and be able to articulate how Dynamics AX/D365 F&O will add value to their business.
Experience designing and coordinating multiple AX/D365 F&O full cycle deployments.
Worked on multiple successful implementations both on-site and remote.
Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
