We are looking for a competitive building materials Sales Assistant/Project Manager to help customers identify and purchase products they desire.
Sales assistant duties include selling, project site inspections, plan and detail review, reading construction documents, and coordinating with contractors and design professionals.
The goal is to provide high quality customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
*Responsibilities*
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
* Maintain and build on existing customer relationships
* Resource for material product line
* Recommend and describe items that match customer needs
* Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
* Keep up to date with product information
* Accurately describe product features and benefits
* Follow all companies policies and procedures
*Skills*
* Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
* Proficiency in English
* Track record of success in fast-paced environment
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer service focus
* Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
* Basic administration skills
* High school degree
* Practice construction safety according to CAL-osha guidelines
* Navigating constriction sites.
*Including regularly climbing ladders and being comfortable on rooftops*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.
