*Compensation*
Salary: $70K - $80K annually
Benefits include: 401(k), Medical/Dental/Vision, Life Insurance, and Paid Time Off.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
In order to comply with equal pay and pay transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is within the range offered for this opportunity.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
*Key Deliverables*
* Primary focus on full cycle Accounts Payable
* Processing (both PO and Non-PO invoices, payments for utilities, vendors, supplies, materials, etc.
* Assist with EOM close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
*Essential Duties *
* This job is 100% onsite.
* Reconciliation, Invoices, ACH, Wire and card payments, vendor account reconciliation.
* Expense and PO analysis and reporting.
* Prepare and distribute weekly AP aging with critical payment updates, weekly freight reporting by project and identify billable and non-billable to customer.
* Assist with Revenue and Cost alignment for projects.
* Manage Prepaid Freight and Import Duty Accounts by project.
* Inventory analysis and follow up including cycle counts and physical inventory.
* Accounting Controls support and assist Controller with internal controls compliance.
*Minimum Qualifications*
* Bachelor Degree in Accounting
* Ability to work 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am – 5:00pm
* 5+ years experience in Accounting for a Manufacturing Company
* 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in Manufacturing Environment
* 1-2 Previous Staff Accounting positions
* Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS)
* Prior Experience Processing Payments (PO and Non-PO) to vendors with credit card and experience reconciling credit card activity weekly and monthly.
