We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team.
As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
You will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variances
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
- Coordinate and manage external audits and tax filings
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
- Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and double-entry bookkeeping
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
