As a Catering Specialist, you are the voice of Urbane Cafe, setting the tone for our guests entire experience.

What We Want- A Catering Specialist at our Corporate Office who loves to provide great service!
Answering all catering calls with a friendly and helpful demeanor
Taking orders efficiently and correctly
Communicating orders effectively with the restaurants
Maintaining a safe, clean and organized workstation
Scanning documents, various administrative functions, opening mail
Greeting all guests and vendors professionally and with a smile
Assisting Catering Manager with projects
What You Need:
Ability to read, speak, write and understand English
Ability to perform simple math calculations
Ability to multitask and handle issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
Must be able to work onsite in Ventura
Strong phone/email contact handling skills and active listening
Strong writing skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Microsoft 365 and G Suite Experience
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent is required
