Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Job description:
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks.
• Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail.
• Create documents, maintain databases, and send memos and emails.
• Making logistical arrangements for meetings.
• Collecting, filing, and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records.
• Managing digital document filing, including encrypted documents and email correspondence.
• Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies.
• Occasionally answering the phone at a reception desk or in a specific department and transferring calls as needed.
• Additional tasks as required.
Skills Requirements:
• Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing and active listening.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Good computer skills, including experience and knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Outlook.
• Effective organization and time management skills, such as prioritization, multitasking and planning.
• Great people skills, including a personable and positive attitude.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changes.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
Schedules Available:
Full Time and Part Time
