Litigation Firm Seeking Part-Time File Clerk (Oxnard, CA)

Civil litigation law firm in Ventura/Oxnard is seeking a motivated, fast-learning, and very organized part-time file clerk.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who is able to manage his/her workload with minimal supervision, follows instructions, and is a team player.
Job duties for this position include but are not limited to: filing (hard-copy and electronic files), scanning, copying, and faxing documents; picking up, sorting, and distributing the mail; assisting in the preparation and construction of files; and helping with other daily tasks as required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook) and Adobe Professional.
Must have good interpersonal skills, good grammar, and communication skills.
Legal experience is a plus but not mandatory.
