Assistant to Owner/ Right Hand-- MUST HAVE AutoCAD Exp! (SANTA PAULA)

WHO WE ARE We are a medium-sized company with a lot of opportunity.
We are manufacturers and fabricators of unique and thoughtful custom steel doors and windows.
We are seeking an Assistant to the Owner- someone to act as his right-hand.
This is a full-time position at our new Santa Paula location.
It may require visits to on-site meetings at client sites or our office in Los Angeles.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience with AutoCAD and a background in or aptitude for design or fabrication.
Solidworks is a huge plus! We are looking for a go-getter who has tons of energy, thinks on their feet, and enjoys coordinating and following through with high-level tasks and responsibilities without the need for reminders.
A person who can think outside of the box and is not easily ruffled by last minute changes would be a good candidate.
Position will require wide range of tasks from high level that require independent and critical thinking to more basic tasks such as scanning, taking meeting minutes and scheduling meetings.
