Staffing Assistant (Ventura)

Established HR Company is looking for a Staffing Assistant to work in our Staffing Division.
Will assist our recruiters in creating advertising through social media and job boards.
Will assist with recruiting candidates for open positions, entering data in the HR data base, creating reports and developing spreadsheets and other functions in support of the Staffing Division.
Must be bilingual (Span/Eng) and able to communicate (verbally and in writing).
Must be able to work with all levels of personnel.
Able to multi-task and work in a team environment.
Must have a valid Calif drivers license and reliable transportation.
Able to work overtime when needed.
Trainee position with potential to be promoted to a Staffing Coordinator position.
