Camper Center is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team! The administrative assistant provides support to our managers and vendors, assisting in daily office operations and daily retail sales.
The ideal candidate is someone that is responsible, organized, self-motivated, and a quick learner.
If you have previous experience as a sales representative, secretary or administrative assistant, we’d like to meet you!
Responsibilities:
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Answer inbound calls
• Write and distribute mail, emails, letters, and forms
• Assist with social media and marketing
• Digitally file, save, and organize information/forms
• Order processing and sales recording.
• Schedule order installations.
• Act as the point of contact for customer and vendors.
• Provide daily recap of results & accomplishments to management team.

Experience Requirements:
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Multi-line Phone Systems
• Competency in Google Drive Suite & DocuSign
• Typing: 40 WPM
Hours & Compensation:
• Full Time
• Tuesday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am - 3:00 pm.
• $20/hour with room for growth
