TeamLMI, an organizational development firm providing hiring and recruiting services, is assisting a well-established and growing electrical contracting company in Ventura, CA to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant to join its team in a customer service and scheduling role.
This position reports to the President and is responsible for responding to existing customer needs and developing new business by promoting the company’s efficient and professional services to potential customers.
Required qualifications include 2 or more years of customer service and administrative experience in an office setting, proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Office, Excel, Outlook) and skills and comfort using new software, experience with dispatch and customer management software systems and excellent verbal communication and people skills; experience working in the trades industry is preferred
