c1890s Sanitol for the Teeth, Cork Top Blown Milk Glass Dental Tooth Powder Dentist Bottle, Drug Store, orthodontist Dentist Office decor #2.
Offered is a selection consisting of one vintage Dental Related bottle dating between 1890 and 1900.
The bottle is Hand Blown In Mold (BIM), with cork top finish.
A nice looking little bottle!! The lot includes:
1) A nice looking, 5"tall, 2 1/4" wide, rectangular bottle with deeply beveled corners.
Embossed on the two side panels is "Sanitol” "For The Teeth” .
Sanitol, is the name of a company that produced a line of tooth related powders or "pearls", as paste was known.
I presume that this container held tooth pearls around 1890.
The natural color is a deep creamy milk glass.
It was reported to be found during a road building excavation and could use a cleaning if desired.
Great addition for the collector of vintage tooth powder or cream bottles!
Perfect as a small flower vase, planter for a mini house plant or succulent, or as a container to hold pencils or other utensils on the desk in your office.
The possibilities are endless.
This bud vase adds a splash of color for any room in your home.
You could just display it by itself on the bookshelf as a fantastic piece of artwork.
Look at the measuring tape for scale and pictures for condition.
