Standard Site Rentals, a leading provider in the Ventura County area for portable restroom solutions, is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Temporary Site Rentals Salesperson to join our team.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our customer base in the Ventura County area.
You will play a crucial role in promoting our portable restroom solutions to various industries, including construction, events, agriculture, and more.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations:
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our temporary site rentals offerings.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
Negotiation and Closing:
Work collaboratively with clients to understand their budgetary constraints and negotiate terms.
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the portable restroom or related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the Ventura County market and potential customer base is a plus.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
