This 10ft X 10ft roll up door is in good condition, The door has a preload torsional spring and a chain drive assembly for operating it from the inside of the door.
I believe that this door is configured to only open from the inside with the chain ; but it might be possible to be modified so that it could be from both sides.
Door has internal slide locks on both ends of bottom rail.
Door is made of steel, inside is off white color and the outside is silver.
Door has sweep gaskets to keep out dust and other small airborne debris.
Actual size = 11ft 6 in high X 10ft 8 in Wide Includes side guide rails, reel support brackets, chain drive assembly, sweep gaskets and misc.
small parts We bought this door for a shed project in 2023 and then ended up buying a container that already had a roll up door installed.
