Kitchen Food Prep Manager
Duties:
- Prepare and assemble food items according to recipes and portion control guidelines
- Assist with food inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas
- Operate kitchen equipment such as processor, juicer, and blender
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for portion control
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations
-Strong chopping and knife skills
-Ability to hustle and work in a fast paced environment
