$346 Ventura office near downtown and the ocean $346

This is a small complex of offices, and each office has been divided into a front and back office in the unit.
I am in the back unit, do not need all the space, so renting the front office unit which is about 14X24.
It is a non smoking complex.
It is near and walking distance to downtown and ocean.
I am not there that often as is more a Ventura office satellite location.
But when I am there, I am quiet, not many visitors.
Maybe someone needing a smaller space that I am offering at nice low cost for the area? I am open to all interested parties, and looking for a compatible relationship.
