Full Time Administrative Assistant needed for a small company in Newbury Park.
Main duties consist of customer service; handling incoming phone calls from clients and scheduling service appointments.
Other duties may include but not limited to:
* Monitoring and managing incoming emails from clients
* Completing service contracts for clients on MS Word or Adobe
* Sending service reminders to clients
* Misc.
requests from Management and clients
This position is not difficult but there are a number of moving parts to your daily routine that are crucial to running a smooth and efficient office.
Therefore, we are looking for someone who is thorough, a good listener, very detail-oriented, and a quick learner.
Experience is preferred but not required.
It is more important that you possess the above and a great work ethic.
