*Responsibilities:*
* Duties include but are not limited to: Call center, check-in, check-out, registration and payment posting/cash handler.
* Must be able to maintain productivity while managing shifting priorities, conflicting deadlines, frequent interruptions and a heavy workload.
* Skills must include the ability to compose grammatically correct reports, proposals and routine correspondence either independently or with minimal direction, attend meetings and take minutes as requested
*Required Skills*:
* 1-4 year admin assistant work experience in medical field
* Medical Front/Back Desk experience
* Typing and computer skill and abilities including use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, AV equipment and other standard office equipment.
* Demonstrated understanding of what constitutes confidential information and the ability to maintain confidentiality, including patient, study, and personnel information
