_ Our client, a local quality roofing contractor in the Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles areas is currently seeking a *Customer Service Representative* for their office located in the Newbury Park area.
*Responsibilities:* * Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support * Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations * Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner * Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction * Work closely with the sales team to achieve goals while providing excellent customer service.
* Assist the sales team in maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication with clients.
