Leasing Consultant (Ventura)

APPLY TODAY!! Currently seeking experienced Leasing Consultants, Assistant Managers throughout the whole Ventura County who are seeking a great opportunity in Property Management.
Schedules will vary from each property and have temporary, temp – to – hire, Full-time, and Part-time opportunities.
Bilingual in SPANISH Language a PLUS! MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Leasing Consultant Job Description: Answer phone and greet both current and prospective residents.
Qualify prospective residents and complete required paperwork.
Assist current resident with service requests and other concerns with a professional, helpful and courteous attitude.
Assist associates in tending to all functions of the Community Office.
Follow up with prospective residents.
Tour prospective residents showing all amenities of the community and the apartment homes.
Assist management with resident functions and other related activities.
Using Yardi or RentCafe.
Requirements: Professional attitude and appearance.
Available weekends, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Must have software knowledge of Yardi, Appfolio, or RentCafe.
Applicants without software experience will not be able to fufill clients needs.
