Driver, Loader, Warehouse Support

*Job Overview:* Delivery/Pickup of Cannabis goods and other farm materials per daily schedule.
Routes will include Southern to Northern California and also between facilities in Carpinteria, Lompoc, and Camarillo.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with large volume and critical delivery parameters.
Keep documentation of deliveries and turn them in after every transfer.
*Duties:* * Drives 18’ to 26’ reefer trucks and delivery vans to transport Cannabis goods and materials.
* Out of town trips, Overnight stay 1 night (few times per month).
* Warehouse responsibilities such as offload/load deliveries and receiving vehicles.
It could also entail processing, packaging, and shipping orders accordingly.
* Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and inform supervisor of any maintenance needed.
* Follow all procedures according to regulations from the Bureau of Cannabis Control, CDFA, and compliance department.
* Follow all procedures according to regulations from FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration).
* Comply with safety regulations involving principles or regulations to ensure safety.
* Keep vehicle cabin clean plus in the work area at all times.
* Use required PPE per OSHA regulations.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
*Required:* * Above the age of 25 * Valid Class C driver’s license * Excellent driving record * Courteous and professional interpersonal skills * Work weekends when needed.
* Authorized to work in the United States * This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week.
* Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and in a team environment.
*Education and/or Experience* * Minimum of one year experience driving larger vehicles.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
* Ability to multitask.
* Able to work independently and in a team environment.
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
* Must be able to write and communicate effectively with the entire team.
* Ability to work in conditions typically found in a greenhouse with high humidity and varying temperatures with a fair amount of moisture.
