Home Depot does not honor a tree if it dies after 30 days (Camarillo)

When I bought a fruit tree and a bag of sawdust he said it’s good for up to couple months to bring it back Well it was dead bought it in February by March nothing happened I waited till June they gave no No.
refund $30 I’m out 3 dead.
$90 Don’t buy plants expecting a warranty on them at Home Depot they don’t follow up on their policy if they have one I’m out $60 to dead fruit trees bare root
