Gray male cat 1 year old (Oxnard)

Gray male cat named Boudi a year and six months old he’s fixed and weighs 15 pounds.
He’s a sweet loving boy that can be shy at times but loves attention.
I took him in after my mom passed away but my cat doesn’t get along with other cats and has been attaching him.
It’s not fair to put them both in this position so it’s time that I need to find him a new home.
