Big plus and not an easy find.
Very little rust.
We installed cabinets, a medicine cabinet, a motorized pump with an exterior faucet (22 gallon water tank) and a motorized jack.
Some of the side rail is missing with one piece of the metal base.
Windows need some TLC This is as is.
But, but it’s a 2020 and in overall really good condition
