Commercial freezer: working, but bad seal means frost builds up (Ojai)

This freezer works and we've been using it for years, but because of damage to the lid, it doesn't seal properly and over time it slowly builds up frost & ice on the walls.
You need to scrape off the frost/ice every 3-4 months.
