Purchased Dec 2012.
Works but has three lines that come and go on the screen.
Comes with quick start guide, remote, and power cord.
Was mounted on wall so no stand or mount included.
Remote has a broken button but still works.
Smart tv that needs a Firestick or some other similar add-on to get Amazon and Netflix to work.
