Caregivers (ventura)

Job description Growing Corporation looking for Caregivers to provide non-medical care for older adults.
We’re looking for compassionate, patient, caring, and reliable caregivers.

Qualifications: You must meet all of the following Care Pro requirements: Have at least 6 months of paid caregiving experience OR one of the following certifications: CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) (CA only) Pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
Provide 2 professional references in Elder Care.
Have a current negative tuberculosis (TB) test or chest X-ray.
Two forms of ID compliant with I-9 requirements (ex.
current driver’s license(required), passport, social security card, etc.
) Be willing to travel to clients.

) Adhere to all policies and procedures of In Home Elder Care Solutions.
Current CPR and First Aid certificate Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Experience Required: Assists client with Activities of daily living (ADLs), including but not limited to personal hygiene, physical comfort, nutritional needs, and household activities to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Conducts services in a caring, professional and ethical manner at all times.
Must Communicate with office staff regarding delayed arrivals or absences from assignments.
Lifting and transferring adults Incontinence care, including brief changing.
Experience with caring Alzheimer & Dementia Care Bathing and toileting Punctuality, reliability and professionalism Light Housekeeping Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $16.
00 - $17.
00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed.
