Be warned that one should be very careful when renting from these people.
It is VERY VERY VERY poorly run.
they don't care about YOU.

Don't let the beauty in the area fool you.
They don't pick up after the dogs.
Every elder person I spoke with HAS nothing but bad taste in their mouth, says mgmt are snakes.
They are as ugly as California gets right along with Portside in Ventura Its feels dark .

It is dark (in spirit) Nobody says hi to each other.
Real estate people have ruined California including the Airbnb'ers.
I seek the light.
I bring light.
