Shoe Help Please!! (Oxnard)

I'm a 48yo Oxnard resident since 2006.
I'm disabled and unable to work.
I have 0 income at the moment but am in the process of getting SSI.
Right now the only shoes I own are literally falling apart.
The soles come halfway off each foot.
I desperately need to a decent pair of size 10 shoes.
Im willing to come to an arrangement if someone will buy me a new pair.
