Event Manager (Per Project)

Grimoire Studios Events | Amusements | Festivals -- The Studio is seeking an Event Manager for large-scale festivals and exhibitions.
This job is per-diem on-and-off per project, festival, or event.
A person with previous event management experience is preferred, but not required.
-Duties- \*Event Mgt team members are considered upper _Grimoire Faculty_ and help manage events, supervise teams of artists, performers, other faculty, while taking the lead or control over various aspects of event planning and on-site coordination.
\*Event Managers must know how to deal with vendors, personnel, venue staff, guests, potential on-site problems, ground control, and other aspects of management.
\*Event managers may lead staffing and control over the event and prioritize the needs of a festival while making sure that everything is running smoothly and progresses safely.
\*Event Managers may take control over staffing, vendor management, and executive delivery of events to create smooth and well-designed events.
----- -Requirements- \*Event Managers for our faculty must display strong customer service skills, have low stress levels, and have a high tolerance for struggles of the stress of managing people, problems, and social conduct in high volume situations.
\*Event Managers for our faculty must display a STRONG kindness, love, and care for customers, others, and people, in general.

\*Event Managers must be able to coordinate projects politically while also navigating social interactions with people who are seeking assistance and have questions.
\*We are seeking someone with a willingness to learn, work hard, and take care of others while also having an ability to see insights in various situations to navigate advanced problem-solving skills.
